Okay are you windows or mac?

If windows (like me) when you double click on your image (after you save it to your desktop) and it pops up along the top of you rmenu bar there should be a file/tab called picture (should be right next to view) under that should be something called resize. Click on it and on the right side of your screen a menu should pop up. You should see a empty white box with a percent symbol next to it. Click on it and type in 25 and hit "OK" it should make the picture smaller. If that doesn't work i don't know what to tell you. I'm not eh best with computers.

Copy/pasting the url from the upload screen won't work. The images must be added to the server. If your images cannot be resized, add them to your personal photo gallery. As long as they aren't huge you should be fine.

You can also download freeware....
