what is eating my coral?

looks like a slug or a flat worm..is white with what looks like snowflakes sticking out of it? Any one seen one of these? What are they called?

Can you touch it with something and see if it retracts it appendages. It may to reveal a shell. If so it could be a baby Stomatella planulata. However it does look doubt full that it is.

yea, i did grab em...with tweezers...soft bodied....nope, no shell.

Bad news, looks like a "Montipora eating nudibranch" aka "Coral eating nudibranch"

Need to get rid of them pronto. There is plenty of write-ups on them, here is a link to one:

Looks like you started 4 threads for the single question. I am a relative newby here and am NOT staff, but have read that they prefer to keep the site tidy. Glad you got your question answered As a rule, you would get the needed info just as fast if not faster, with a single correctly placed thread.
