What is this Stuff? Algae Cyano what?

Ive Had this tank up and runnung fro quite awhile. But the substrate is getting a film on it. Like a Brown blanket. I blow it with a turkey baster and the next day its pretty much back.. If you know what it is what could be causing it.
Tank 110 total water volume
Feed 3-4 times a week Mysis, Brine, Cyclopeeze,Artic Pos,Oyster feast. And Algae sheets
Its late and ill test the water tomorrow afternoon. But any quick thoughts of what it is? Thanks

Link won't work for me A brown film on the substrate sounds like diatoms. It however could be something else so I would need a picture to confirm. Link won't work for me for some reason

if a blanket forms, probably cyano or diatoms. It is feeding on something. Can lower the lighting schedule but Siphon out as much as possible and need clean up underlying issues with nutrients

Sorry,, I took the Pics on my Iphone and emailed them to myself. I put them in my Pic file and they would not upload so i just copied and posted the pics.. I dont think pics taken on your iphone work on here ive tried a bunch.. Is there any way around that as well as my other issue.
