what is this?

I think i might have those too.

They're on the glass, kinda jiggle from the current. I think they might be copepod eggs, but IDK if copepods lay eggs...

they're REALLY hard to see also on mine since its so new...

its on the rock and its like a little egg thing and it kinda sways in the current and its clear with little white dots and its like jello kinda, do you think i should get rid of it?

Yes, fine. Strange looking but good for the tank as they are filters.
