I was told salifert like many others does not have its own chemical processing plant and buys them from other companies!
I was told seachem has its own processing plant!
On the flip side when adding calcium to I.O. to bring it up it is much much easier and less messy to add dow flake I.M.O.
The most economical calcium test is seachem and also more acurate at cheaper after you've tried it like I have I am sure you would not buy Salifert for calcium testing again!
