I think your on the right track with the closed loop idea with a Dart or what ever spa pump you pick.

I guess it has to be one of the bigger ones. The Squirt is for 1000 gallons or less.

What's the Dart good for?
The SS is only good up to 2500gph, I think.

Plus another thing, how are you going use for out lets. Are you going to have 4-6 outlets that are going to be small bore jets? Or is there a way to have the water come out of each line in a wide flow?
Softy's like good flow, but not something violent.

Well Adam let say you get a sequence Barracuda and a OM 4 or 8 way that there is $700 assuming they are new. Then add all the other stuff you have to get for a CL it will put you right where it would cost for the vortechs. Yes you can do it for cheaper if you have the patience to wait for people to sell theirs.

so My cloosed loop will be at about 700 not counting plumbing with the OM and dart pump new!! 260 DART
389 4way OM!
I might just go with the Clossed loop without OM on the bottom and put the two SEA SWIRLS I'm getting saturday on the top of the tank?!!!
I can mod them like ROSCO did . And put two K-5's on them or the SUN SUN 202b on them

Well the vortechs wont work for me!
I have a top to bottom coast to coast were the vortech's need to be ( I cant get the "outside" part of the vortechs wet) can I?
