they look like little pineapple sponges r maybe those fingernail snails?

Pineapple sponges and they are totally harmless in fact great filter feeders and help lower nitrates!

Well from the pics, it's hard to determine what you're talking about. If you're asking about those lil' white thingies that look like Q tip ends with a small hole in the top, they're harmless filter feeding sponges. They're good to have.

I'm in agreement. There are a couple of photos that I could make out the "pineapple/Q-Tip" top. The sponges are: Scypha ciliata
