whats a good return pump?

well my dolphin is 1/3rd HP, 4700 gallon per hour pump is dead, rusted and locked up. need a good pump to bring water out of the sump back into the tank where it splits into 2 1inch outlets on each side of the tank. so 4 outlets in all. would like to use it to keep good flow in the tank illso. TY for the input.
could go with 2 pump maybe?? thankz
