whats the benifits to a calc reactor in aaaaa

i have a lps tank and a lousy piece of cap thats it. what is the beni to me having a calc reactor? is it a waste for me to invest? lots of lps remind u and six fish ,tank is about 55 gal ,refuge22 gal ect .thanks in advance hope to learn alot on this to help others thanks will aka :|vwmoneypit

I think if you dont understand the benefit then you have a little to learn about reef chemistry. Without a firm grasp a carx ca nuke a tank pretty quick.

Are you adding calc and buffer on a regular basis? If not don't spend the money.

yes butt not religiously just when water changes are futher apart and when lots of water evap

do u have any pics of ur tank
if ur reef runs well with just the additives dont waste the money its nice to have bells and whistle on ur tank but does it need them?? ask your self that question
