whats up withe the PSAS Website

Is the PSAS website down?
I am having issues getting to it.

Getting this error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) [2002]

uh oh that's not good. Looks like the database server crashed or isn't running.

Could be a permission issue as well. Maybe the OS doesn't have access to open this file '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock'
