I got it in a store in Bristol, VA. No longer in business...
wonder why??? We've heard some of those goofs too, the best was mount your snails on the side or they will drown. I know the great big turbos can sometimes not right themselves, but they could have explained a little better!

i think that it is a acanthurus nigrofuscus(i hope!)

I think this is as close as we've gotten! I'm going to look up the tomini tang or whatever Steve said, I can never remember the "real" names!

Thanks,

Tomini Tang

Yep, Steve, I think that's it. The good news is it is an expensive fish. I gotta go and do some tradin'....

No not really, I just thought that may be from juvie state. The picture above looks more like the picture showing both juvie and adult????

There's two pretty good pics in my photo gallery...

about how many inches is it? i have seen a couple that are about 3" and they still have the orange. they only sell for about $50 at a lfs. the marinecenter wants way to much for there fish.

He's a pretty good sized fellow.....probably at least 3" from tip to tip. The one in the bigger pic above has a slightly more green tinge than mine, but that could be lighting.

Edit: changed my mind, I think he's a good 4" actually...
