Which 175 M/H lamp One of Two

Which M/H lamp for my reef tank I will need to buy three of them and I am using three e-ballast.
I do have two 72" VHO Super Actinic Blue lamps.
#1 14K 175watt Metal Halide Bulb - Iwasaki
#2 175 watt 10,000K SE ReefLux Bulb

And WHY

Why do you have to have different color temps?
Why not just pick a color you like and go with it?

i'd go with the 10k cause most the stuff i read says it's better for growth and the actinics with supply the blue, though see what color you like the most in my opinion

My thoughts exactly.
I prefer the Hamilton 14k bulb, because I like the color.

I like to use the 14k with pc actinics on my zoanthid tank. I also use a combination of vho actinics with 14k on the big tank

i think i'm giong to try actinics before i switch my hamilton 10k to a 14k sort of bulb

OK I order 3 175 watt 10,000K SE ReefLux Bulb today and I should have them by tomorrow.

I put my new ReefLux lamps in today and my good I like the look much better .
