Which First Live Rock or New Light

I am setting up a 70 gallaon reef tank I have a Protien Skimmer, Refugium, and a UV filter I want to get about 100 Pounds of Live rock to start the cycle . But I still dont have the right Lighting . I can afford to buy one but dont know which one to get First. please give me your input.

I used to do that to scatter the crabs and mantis. Where is the rock coming from??

It looks like saltwaterfish.com has Figi, which is nice rock. You can also check some of our sponsor's pricing on live rock, too. If you are concerned about nasty hitchhikers, you can go ahead with the club soda. Some areas live rock originates from will be more likely to have mantis, etc. (I believe Tampa Bay Live rock is one).

I also agree to get the live rock before lighting. You can go ahead and get the tank cycling, while you figure out what lighting you will have.
