I think so... its more effective to direct the blow to the water surface.
more evap but cooler. compared to blowing to the canopy or bulb.

Yes they will work fine for cooling your lights. If you would like to say a little money go to your local Wal-Mart and get a couple of clip on fans they will last just as long and they are $5.00 a piece and are very quiet. I have had Ice Cap fans and several other brands of that style of fan and they all last for about a year with the salt water around them. Its your choice though good luck. Dave

so a clip on will work better or should i just go with those cuz i think i won the bid lol oh well ill do both.

Either one will work. I have just thrown alot of money down the drain and I would rather throw less than more. Good Luck Dave
