Just added a ef50mm F1.8 prime lens to my collection. Wait, it's only my second lens. Guess I can't call it a collection quite yet. I sure like it a lot more than the kit ef18-55 F3.5-5.6. It's amazing how much clearer and sharper the images are with the prime lens. Especially for only $75.00 new. Wish there were more good quality lenses in this price range...lol.
