4 X F24 HO = 4 x 24w T5HO bulbs.
Or four 24watt T5HO bulbs, diagram 7. Workhorse 5 is the purple column.

Are advance ballasts better? Where is best place to buy them online?
Sunlight supply uses the fulham so i assumed they were pretty good. <shrug>

i know aquatic dreams carries the workhorse ballast so i figure if they are good enough for him to sell they cant be that bad.
