Would love to join PSAS

Hello,

I first inquired about joining PSAS in June but was told to wait since Annual memberships resets in Sept.
I have not been able to attend the weekend meetings due to my work schedule being changed, but heard there was a way to send payment to get membership. Is this still the case, if so, who should I contact?
