Yellow Spots on Glass with Legs

My nano cube is in week #4 with plenty of live rock, live sand, a planted LTA, 4x hermits, an emerald crab and a barred moray eel who seems very happy. We've been through a diatomaceous algae bloom which passed uneventfully. We are currently experiencing a copepod invasion and I see a couple of bristle worms which don't seem to bother anybody. To get to the point, today I noticed a couple of yellow-white circular specs on the glass (non-moving) measuring approximatedly 1.5mm in diameter, with radial legs/cillia. Wassup? Are these a copepod variant? Is my tank doomed? Please ID.

Completely harmless critters that I can't remember the name of right now...lol. That's probably not very soothing is it? sorry. I had them in all the tanks I set up. As my cycle wound down, they popped up. They died off shortly afterwards. I had TONS of them.

thanks for the quick reply. Encouraging words appreciated. Can you tell me if a copepod bloom or these little yellow things are a sign of good water chemistry? I'd like to think that my tank might be one of thoses places where "seldom is heard a discouraging word..."

Any chance to get a pic??? I had weird things on my glass a few times as well, but they weren't yellow. Here's the thread to see if it matches up

This was ID as Cladonema jellyfish and were yellow on the same thread

I just did a little www research and found this quote on Practical Reefkeeping

"Planula

A biological term used to describe a larval stage of coelenterate organisms, such as corals.
Related glossary entries: Larval;"

I'll try to get a pic today but it does look just like the pic posted above. They arrived a couple days after a copepod bloom. Sounds to be a zooplankton soup. If it is indeed a laval stage of a coral then I'll be pleased. Any input as to an association of these with water quality/ lack thereof?

No, they're not spiral, just homogeniously light yellow-white circular planar 1-2mm specs with radially arranged cillia without distal thickenings/pads. Kinda like a smiley with hair and beard.
