I'm researching ZEOvit and did some research on the RC forum.

Anyone on RF using ZEO?

My tank will be a 180r.

Any comments or suggestions?

I used the zeovit system for 8 months. It is true my sps colored up nicely but my Yumas i had at the time hated it! Had some beutiful pink and reds ones that just swirled and died. There wasn't an increase in growth in my sps but they did show more color. Mind you I didn't do any scientific research while using it but i came away thinking it was "alright" just too pricey to keep it going, especially when i look at people tanks that don't use it and their tanks are fantastic! (Dang for instance)

Thanks, Since I'm designing the sump, what accomodations should I have?

Also I heard the iAquatic makes a good ZEO reactor, what do you guys use?

That looks like a pretty snazzie sump there....go for it! I made my zeovit reactor. If you google diy zeovit reactor you can get some good ideas. I made mine because I wasn't sure how long i was going to go with the system
