That is not a good image, hard to tell but look like Protopalythoa sp., Green Zoanthids

To me they look like "mean greens" that have lost some of it's color or are in the process to get it back HTH

I know they arent mean greens, they are closer to a ppe then a mean green. they are light purple, the picture really sucks...

In my case I'm taking the barnicle as a size reference for my guess. And the oral disc area to me looks like a Zoanthus, if I use what I have in my tank as reference.

I looked at that Barnacle too g but those Barnacles can get really big also. I have a box full of them.
