I dont do big anemones but I have rock/flower nems and they are one of the few that stay put, hardy, and stay a reasonable size.

You could keep a variety of softies and LPS. As far as softies mushrooms, ricordea, yuma, zoas, and palys. LPS look at euphyllia(frogspawn, hammers, torches), favias, acans, are all fairly hardy.

Martin they are growing in nicely, started off with several polyps, tried a single polyp and it melted the a 2 polyp frag that grew 6 heads a then receded back to 3 then popped off more its been a process!

Just slowly increase the intensity of your leds over a couple of weeks. I run my blues at 80% and my whites are at 65% I could go higher but I have LPS and zoas and that is enough for them. As far as your photo period goes I have never ran my lights that long maybe someone else will chime in.
Definitely a good idea to start the leds on a lower power and ramp up over several weeks especially after using PC lighting. I started my leds over both our tanks at 15% and ramped them up over 3 weeks. I was overly cautious but I would rather be safe than sorry. We were running T-5's over one...
