    if you are going to get the sealife get the impact. I live 5 min from their shop and all the LFS here have them. I have the 600 model it works great but you need a large pump. I run a mag 18 on the 600 and it really needs a mag24. I will post a pic to show you the foam and dwell time

    Rock-Scaping

    pvc frames work great. you also fill more area with less rock and you have less rocks on the sand bed so there are less dead spots this is what the frame looks like. You can also make a closed loop out of the frame

    bleaching monti

    people ask me why I cut it up and "ruin" it but if i didnt remove those top pieces every 5-6 months I loose the lower plates of the monti to a lack of light. Its growing like a weed. But I don't want to hijack the thread so back to the topic.
