    Glad you mentioned that about the zoanthids, I was looking at mine today wondering if it was Aptasia or part of the coral. Glad to hear it's normal. :rolleyes::rolleyes:

    What's the benefit in having this device?? I've heard that they can burn out your pumps. Mine is now disconnected.

    90 gal. metal hallide, set of florescents, moonlights. It has cycled. 1 Foxface, 1 tang, 3 bangai cardinals, 1 baby clown. Only soft corals in there right now. :oops:

    My tank is a little over 2 months old and I'm looking for some vibrant blue colored corals. I need something that would flourish in a fairly new tank. Any suggestions??? :eek2:

    Ha ha ha, my daughter named him Floatie because when she saw how small he was, she said, "He'll be floatin' on top by tomorrow". Well I've had him for a month but the name stuck. I had a custom top made for my overflow yesterday....should've done it two months ago!!!! :eek:

    Wow! I have had 4 disappearances total, all smaller type fish. Never to be seen again, not even a stray eyeball, fin, nothin'. He's always lurking in the rocks in the back of the tank. I think just to be on the safe side, I will ATTEMPT to remove him and find him another home.

    I know these guys can/will eat small fish but how small? I had a small clown fish and a wrasse that disappeared overnight (on different nights). Also, does anyone have a picture of a bristleworm. The worm I keep seeing looks like a long centipede. :eek:

    Actually with the sump I have now, the only place for it is in the area where the water fluctuates. But that makes sense now that ya mention it!!! I am having a new sump installed that has an ATO. Thanks for the info!!!:D

    Glad to see this thread because after installing my new skimmer (ER-135)last week, I have YET to find a consistent level of foam. Either too low or too high. Driving me crazy!!!!!!! :mad::mad::mad:
