    it looks like cyno to me. We got some of that after adding large amounts of life, or something gets out of wack, like parameters. But yours looks good???? Thats wierd.

    I saw some on a rock before and just curious. I swear it looks exactly like encrusting monti. and its jet black. :confused:

    Our vlimangi tank has pretty much stayed the same over a year - at about 9". He does great in the 200. I think they start to really slow down once they start getting larger. I would go for it.

    That is one of the sumps, we have another that isnt up right now. Took it out to do some mods... :) New display tank is on its way from Jason at Clear Fabrications! :D

    haha thanks but I do have to pay for part of the horse related stuff, no car, reef is dads, koi well I help pay for those too... work work work! lol but its all worth it! helps me get ready for the future... :rolleyes: plus you get more satisfaction when you do good :p

    Yea we are taking precaution, just to be safe - especially at this amount of rock. The new tank doesnt come for a few weeks, so it is downstairs in a seperate system while we redo everything else.

    Depending on coral amounts on it, ranged from 7.99-12.99. I just gotta say this was worth every dime. There were multiple other pieces I recall that were incredible, but we ran outa cash! We wanted to take it all home. lol
