    The tank is 80 gallons with a 18 gallon sump. I will be getting a new 90 gallon that is drilled so I don't have the hang on overflow and a new sump. It will be quite a project to move everything !!

    Thanks all. I don't know the weight of the clam but it is about 7 inches. The growth on it has been great. The original picture of it when I got it is in my gallery.

    It is about 4 inches and I am very happy with it. It isn't as big as the derasa yet, hopefully it will get there. I don't think it is big enough for a frag, LOL!!!!! :eek: Clams, addicting?! really?!..... :eek:

    Thanks everyone! The derasa is really growing like crazy, got it from Barry in March of this year. The tank is 80 gallons and is about 3 yrs old. My sailfin is the "Admiral" of the tank!!!

    Here is a new pic of the tank. I have pretty much left it alone and let things grow as they want. I regularly prune out the colt coral, stuff grows like a weed! Everything is doing well. Just added a new clam about a month ago. What do you think?

    Hi all! Just wanted to share the picture of my new maxima. I put him on a rock to have him attach and then moved the rock into the rockwork a bit higher in the tank. He seems to like it. Now I have three clams, crocea, derasa and maxima!!

    Clownfish help

    It helps if they are not the same size. My GSM did pretty well when I had one that was much smaller than the other. Now they are a mated pair.
