    Mike Initially I think we were thinking 2 x 1 1/2 drains with one going to the refugium (originally in the basement) and the other to the sump. Is it still best to stick with 1 1/2 or should these be increased to say 2" Thanks Sabella

What would happen should the refugium pump fail, and interms of the drain line (simply using gravity) what would be used to keep the amount of water going...
