    yeah - they'll just put the sheets up - seal it off and I can finish filling it. :-) We decided to put in wood rafters, rather than the metal ones. We figured we were going to end up using this as a room - so we thought it worth it... not too mention - I liked the way it looked... jesse

    3+ months late.. (we won't go down that rathole!!) but finally progress is being made on my new fish, er I mean, sunroom. Slab is down, frame is up... all that's left is to close the room off, dry it out... build the stand, put in some electricity... fans and air... and then the new 380 can...

    add eductors onto the outflow pipes. I did that (along with a scwd) on my 135 and the flow is *much* greater throughout the tank. Lot's more turbulence.

    Matt Try www.brineshrimpdirect.com for decapsulated artemia (or you can decapsulate brine shrimp eggs yourself). You might try an oriental grocery for urchin or fish roe.

    Tunze Streams versus closed loop...

    I'm planning a large aquarium to put in the sunroom I'm building - it'll be 300+ gallons - 8ft x 30 x 30ish. I'm thinking about not putting in a closed loop, and just putting in Tunze streams. The rationale - fewer holes drilled in the tank, one less pump to worry about, etc. Any thoughts on...
