On the gen-x remove the pump assembly from the motor in the motor there will be a drum that rotates when the motor is plugged in you can also rotate the drum by hand. Used pumps not working

You need to prime the pumps meaning there needs to be water in the pump and in a good portion of the lines for them to start pumping. Hope that helps, David

    dkh is tooooo high

My first assumption is that your test is off. If you tank has normal levels of CO2 then your ph would be elevated to around > 8.5 at 16.0 dkh. If you test is correct then I would do a 20% water change. The Alk will fall and it will fall relatively fast, maybe 2-3 days.

    Aaahhhhhh!!!!!!

Well, I dropped mine in a 5 gallon bucket with 3-4 gallons of skimmate. It still works great, but still has a bit of an odor to it. As long as no liquids entered into the tube it should be ok, just recalibrate.

    Korallin Calcium Reactor Help

I have been using a 3002 for around 1 1/2 years. I gave up using the output line with the co2 shut off feature and now use the line in the center of the top. The reason was I was pulling small bubbles in through the feed line to the reactor in the sump. I do 28-33 bubbles per minute of co2 and a...

    GFI VS GFI breaker

I see the question marks. :) I felt that even though it was poised in a question that it is an assumption that is false and needs to be cleared up. Others reading may have assumed that they do guard against fires. I was trying to clear things up only. Thank you, David

    GFI VS GFI breaker

GFCI devices do not offer any fire protection. Please do not think they do. Most fires are caused by bad connections that slowly heat until combustion begins.
