    my tank had this situation about 1 month ago. i noticed that the snails are expeling out a lot of white stuff causing the water to cloud. spawning i guess :|

    i'm keeping Chaeto, it's hardy and nvr give any asexual or die off problem to me even though i only light up the refugium for 12 hrs a day :)

    none that i can think of beside sailfin tang & foxface. maybe some other more experience members can give you more advice :p BTW, another option is to encourage coraline algae grow :)

    red hair algae, i had them in my tank not long ago. it spreads real fast on the live rock. now it's under control after i introduced a sailfin tang :)

    Hmmm! i can say that i like the intensity compared to normal output. currently using AquaZ(china made), soon will try out the quality brand like D&D or ATi :) Thanks, comments are welcome :p
