    I have a question? Why do we have to send cards to sponsors? Couldn't just give them Self Addressed and Stamped envolopes with the application? The mail could go to my PO Box and I would mail the memerships card to the buyer? Im asking this because , i can't see a way to track who signed up...

    Yes, But i would suggest containers with tight lids. The gases from you cars could mix in the water. You could purchase rubbermaid containers and drill the smallest hole possible for electrical and then tape it closed.
