    So due to size and the room I have under the tank in the stand. I have to have the skimmer all the way to the left so my intake and return. That means the 3/4" pips can almost have a total of 4 feet with a couple of 90 elbows. I am going to use a rip 2500 pump.

    How Far from the Water Surface for a MH 250 Watt Light

    I am getting 250 MH light. I need to build a canopy for my 36 gallon Bow Front Tank. How far should the light be from the water surface for a 250 watt MH on a 36 gallon. And I suppose I will need to place a fan behind it? Thanks
