    The Derasa had the PMD and was given FW dip two times in a week almost lost the small Derasa clam but now is doing very good . Thank you all.

    It is a injury . It is ORA Derasa about 2 1/2 " has a nice color that was the reson i got it.

    I got this baby Derasa ans is part of the mantel is bit off you think it will grow it back ? here is some picture not the best but you can see the part that is gone.

    Thank you MAXX i never saw any of my clams doing this before :confused: I hope is not PM like you said . They are good size clams and not to expensive . I hope they make it .

    sorry here is the picture they look similar.Look close you can see some bite marks on the matel. I got them with some niping marks on them but they getting a little worst now.

    I set up a video cam :D but no one take a bite yet. if some one in the tank nip on them they will be all closed up as you see they are wide open here is the other one .

    Any one think this is PM .I got three 6" new clams at the same time , i had no clams in my tank over a year the older clams die when my Anemone kill the tank. All of the new clams i got they look like something was munching on there mantels i saw this when i open the box that they came in from...

    Just a update. After feeding Garlic- Ginger soaked foods for a month no more parasites :D
