Reef Aquarium & Tank Building Forum

Help Support Reef Aquarium & Tank Building Forum:

We did not want to come down from rafters, but there was more to see

Again, I could have sat up there all day. But Steve had more to show us.

The Water Conditioning System made me think of DonW for some reason..

Don,
You should have seen this....

There were some wild looking animals..

Randy and Ken wanted me to see a creature in a room. I am pretty sure it was a trick. Who ever heard of a Stump Gobster? Now thats just not right(lol). They swore it was there.

We learned about Jellyfish.

The jellyfish swim so gracefully. I could have watched them all day also.

People are always looking for ways to improve their Tank.

We almost had to tie down Ben when he saw this skimmer. Now Ben wants a larger Tank. Its more room for coral to grow. Its more room for fish. You have to have lots of fish.:)

Well, thats all the pictures I have....

Make sure you stop by and pet Mister Jellyfish on the way out. Some people will do anything for attention.

Thank you, everyone - Steve, Colleen, Ed.. and everyone else who helped! And a thank you to my hubby, Wally too - he's quietly in the background but he had a big hand in making this work. Having never done such a thing before I was really nervous but now I'm glad that I did it. Everyone was so welcoming and I really enjoyed talking to all of you. I should have known that this group would be just as friendly in person as they are on my computer screen. The pictures are great, Ed - I think you really captured the spirit of the meeting!
Eventually I'll be putting the script of my presentation on my website.. I don't have the software installed to do it right now but when I can get it together I'll post on here to let everyone know it's there.
If anyone needs any help in any way with seahorses, just let me know, we'll help in any way we can.

Vicky (with a Y)

Vicky, you and Wally did a great job nervous or not. I could really tell how much love and passion you have for your babies.

That was the most fulfilling meeting ever! What a great day! Thanks to everyone who made it possible! Steven, Vicky and Wally - Great Job!

And Ed, nothing is more lovely than seeing your side profile in all of its glory ;) thank you for posting the pictures! See you all next meeting!
