130 gal rebuild ,where to drill and brace

So I picked up a 130 gal tank that was being used for a snake due to a leak. It is 72 x 18 x 26. Half inch thick glass. So far I have removed the top trim and bottom glass. It only has plastic trim around the tip and bottom no cross braces. I want to drill for a herbie overflow but where is the best spot to drill . 6 inches from top and or sides. If I brace should I do a full euro brace on top? What size glass should I use?

If the bottom glass is tempered, I don't think you can drill them.
