Oh my !!!

I see an extended testing period in your future before it is part of your main display. :)

Can I make one suggestion, make your Hood taller, more like 18"
When it is done you'll be glad to have that extra air space. I like having room to crawl in & get to things with ease, I have my lights on chains, so adjusting the height of the LIII's is easy. Just a thought, you can thank me later:D J/K ;)

Went by the house tonight, got some pics:

That house is looking good. Love those cherry cabinets. In my last house I installed nearly the same color with a lighter granite and darker walls. Much the same contrast and pizazz though. Your getting close to moving in now. Keep cracking that whip.

yep its getting close, which is making me all the more impatient. Flooring, final plumbing(toilets, sinks, etc) and wiring up the breaker box. Then driveway somewhere in there.

hardwood floors are about half in!!! Most the appliances just got delivered! Going to get some new pics this weekend, its come a long way since the last set of pics.

I need to step up my skimmer design and start ordering parts so I can test it out well before the tank is running to make sure I dont really suck at skimmer designing and it wont cut it.

Also got a QT tank up and running in the office with the dussumerri and beriene tang going though hypo for a month. They started to show some spots in the rock bin so I pulled them. I plan to hypo all new fish before they enter the big system.

Theres a 6" dussumerri tang as well, hes shy so theres no pics, and keep jokes to a min about my plastic plants and little sub, but they are sanitary for the fish!

So 3 fish in a 30 gallon tank??

Just a thought...I know it is temporary, but don't you think that is alittle small esp. for tangs?

just the 2 tangs are in there. The 30 gal should be ok for the next 3 weeks. But yes it is something I will be keeping an eye on, if they seem to be getting a little to active in it, then Ill have to figure something larger in. The one tang is little enough that he can cruise the whole system without any issue, the larger one is so shy he just sits in his pvc tube most all day. He also hid all day when he was in a 150 gal rock bin though. Some fish are just weird i guess.

Good news is, no visible ich signs, and big guy only has one lymphosystis spot on his fin thats slowly going away.

your house is looking nice and the tank is looking good also. When we first set are tank up. I come home one day and the wife went and bought all of those fake plants and put the stuff in there and was like we dont need corals now :) :) :)

ouch ill cross my fingers these little plants never make it out of hypo. I think the sub might be cool with zoas growing over it or something along those lines.
