The Sump was designed to act as two sumps that dump into a common return chamber. There are 4 1.5 inch bulkhead holes drilled in removable covers so that I can attach true union ball valves and controll the flow speed on each side. One side has a large chamber for my Zeovit reactor and the other has two area for frags. I am going to incorporate teh frag grow out into the sump so everything is consistant with water chemistry and there is no need for all kinds of extra's. I am still setting up a QT tank as well.

That's a nice looking sump Mike! Is that the same one that had to be altered a new one or am I mixing up threads(LOL) Either way, they did a great job on it. Thanks for sharing!

It is the same one. The last baffles were 4" to tall and had to be modified. It took some time to do it but they did a nice job. To date this is the most intricate sump the LFS I use has ordered. The owner thinks I have real issues :D but understands the concept and thinks it makes a lot of sense to so it this way instead of a seperate frag set up.

Boy I bet if you put a mouse in thier it would die before it found a way out, lol

Looks real clean Mike, good job!!
