Guys and Gals, You have most of it correct, it is a reality based show for entertainment. And these guys are custom Acrylic Tank Manufactures (ATM). *lol* And probably not necessarily custom reef tank specialist or any real set ups other than it is simple for the customer to take care of.
Anyways, I've watched both shows and was amazed at the work they can do as for tank builds and custom fabs. Come on now, you can't tell me that you've ever done a telephone booth fish tank or would even know where to start with building the jukebox tank.
I do think that the guys on Tanked (ATM) probably fill the tanks because that is what the customer wants, FISH and LOTs O'Fish too.
Already plan on DVRing the next episodes just to see what crazy builds they can come up with next.
