Aqua C Urchin & Remora Pro Upgrades

Hey guys I just wanted to pass this on:I haven't seen a negative from doing this and my pump so far is running ok. I have a Aqua C Urchin pro with a Mag drive 3 pump suppling the water to it the unit is about 2 years old now and I had pulled the pump to do some cleaning.
I have always wanted a little more out put on the flow so I noticed the Mag drive had a reduction on the dischrge nozzel of the pump I felt It was probably stiffner for the Nozzel to protect it from cracking when screwing on pipe fitting on the end.With the Aqua C Urchin pro design you just slip a hose over the threaded barb and clamp in place . Well i drilled out the Restricker plate and after running it a few days this is quite a Imrovment to my Aqua C Urchin Pro skimmer.I also took some picture so you could see what I had done..
