does anyone have any experience with any of the aquatrader brand skimmers? Mainly the in sump kind? so can you post your likes/dislikes please

I have not ordered or used the PS160, but both Eric (Shark Reef) and I have used and sold the PS75 model. The newer ones are better than the old ones, but they are very, very cheap. Both in price and quality of materials and construction. Function wise they work very well but put a lot of bubbles out. Just be very careful not to drop it or it will break. They are made out of very thin extruded acrylic and are difficult to repair.

With Skimmers you get what you pay for. A lot of us out here have learned that the hard way. I would say..... save your money and purchase a good quality skimmer. You will save yourself (and corals!) tons of headaches.:)

Odysea skimmers are made by Jebo, I generaly stay away from any Jebo product. I had one the lights from them to try it out and it caught fire. Since then I stay away. But there are better names out there with little price increase and a ton of info on them. ie ASM, Octopus, Pacific Coast.

If you want to see a PS-160 in person I was just at Andy's store yesturday. QT's Tropical off of 4th and Jackson in Seattle. He's right next to Bank of America on Jackson. Andy has a large stock of Oddysea on hand. Skimmers, lights, filters, tanks, pumps, ect..
