My 3 year old 72 gallon bow front sprung a leak. I have not been able to get a hold of their warranty department lately. Anyone ever deal with them with tank issues. I know they have a LIMITED LIFETIME warranty if it is installed on one of their stands. Which it is.

I've never dealt with them, but my buddy here who owns an LFS here is the Aqueon Distributor here. I can ask him when he gets back off of vacation if he ever dealt with them with anything warranty related and let you know if you don't get sorted out by then.

WOW! LOL! I've had pain meds that put me in la la land, but never makes me forget stuff! Guess you are on the good stuff that works by making you forget everything including the pain

Hope it is nothing too serious. I have 2 herniated discs so I know all about being on pain killers. Get well dude.

definitely keep trying - you may have to go through a dealer though too, but I'm sure they can tell you what is needed.... might even try emailing them, that way you don't have to worry about the time zones as much
