Does anyone have any experience with this controller/monitor?

We just got a unit donated for the vet school reef tank, but the provided software is a nightmare. I am also interested in general setup, issues faced, etc...

Just a shot in the dark and any help is appreciated!

Scott - I've never seen it. Have you been able to get it to monitor yet? Or are you just having trouble getting it to function as a controller (turn lights on/off, pH control, etc)?

We recieved it as a donation before the new year so the previous owner could get a nice tax write-off. I have not set anything up, but have looked at the software. Apparantly it takes someone pretty knowledgable in visual basic to actually set the software up to do anything. Unfortunately, it came with nor literature, and the previous owner had never set it up on a system because of issues with the software (it seems like a pretty esoteric piece of equipment). I am trying to find someone with just a little experience with this system before contacting the manufacturer. I have posted on numberous boards with no luck. It looks like I am just going to have to bite the bullet and deal with the company directly.
