best type of coraline scraper

title says it all lets do this in 2 groups acrylic and glass pls specify. pros and cons of each scraper you have used. ill buy the winning scraper for glass after my findings. also may help people choose for future.

Aquablade continuum - Just started using this on my Kent scraper handle. The Kent blades start scratching as soon as the edge gets any sort of nick or roughness. So far, I like the Auqablade.

For glass I bought a regular glass scraper from Walmart (the only store in town). It was $1.88 I believe and the refills for 5-10 are about $2. Works great and is cost efficient. Just used it on my tank yesterday. Obviously wouldn't work on acrylic.

For glass I use a plastic stanley scraper that holds utillity knife blades.I have a couple of these that I ducted to a 1/2" x 24" wood dowel.Been using them for 10-12 years atleast.You do have to replace the blades, but they are cheap.Stanley 28-593 7" Carded Window Scraper - Amazon.com

I use the Flipper Cleaner and LOVE it! It's not the old poor performing Mag-Flip from years past. This thing is absolutely AMAZING to say the least. It comes with a metal blade for glass as well as a plastic blade for acrylic tanks. You can see the manufacturer's video here

I made mine out of a piece of scrap wood and a blade. And when I had a red slime issue, I would zip-tie a piece of airline tubing right over the blade and siphon while scraping.

For acrylic I use eather a old credit card, or a peice of acrylic. Ilike the acrylic one best. I make them by taking a peice of acrylic and scoreing a sraight line across it with a utility knife then snap it off. And you get a nice sharp cleaning egde.

Flipper scraper gets my vote it works amazing I haven't had to get my hands wet scraping in over a year. Plus I had a problem with it once and they sent me a new one for free and it's working great! In fact my brother's girlfriend hates his tank because he never scrapes it so I'm going to buy him one for Christmas.

I use magic eraser to remove them...works like magic... no more of the scrub pads.
