both actinics are wired together so its on or off. i just tested the water today for the first time and am a little confused. ph 8.4
it looks too good. no2 =0
no3= 10
amm= 0
could the tank have cycled already? live rock and 3 chromis in 9 days ago. i am thinking for the quantity of water and the little livestock that there is not much of a load and it may be cycled already.

Looks like it might be. Was the live rock cured already?

yes it was cured rock. the algae that is growing now is a nice fluorescent green color it actually looks good on the rock. the brown is disapearing

it wasnt alot of live rock though 35 lbs. i also had about 60 maybe a little more old rock i have been toting around for the last ten or so years.lol my wife thought i was crazy untill she saw how much lrocks could cost..lol
