what I did on my 180 which has everflows rated for 600 gph each. the bulkheads for the return are a 1 inch at the elbow I added a 1 to 2 inch adapter with a 2 inch eblow then running 2 inch into the fuge. I did it that way because I was worried about the drain getting backed up, and I may have over killed it alittle but I have zero noise and a perfect drain system. the pump is rated for 1225 gallons works perfectly!
