Blue Tang acting weird

Hi, guys
I'm worried about my blue tang, this week I don't know what happened to him, he stayed in bottom corner of the tank, with his head toward the surface. he's eatting and swim well when I stand near the tank. No sign of ich or white dots over his body, I feed him regularly. He's in my 120g and I had him over 2years. I don't think this is a normal sign for surgeon fish with his head toward the surface. Really need your help. Thanks

It would help to post some water parameters. Ammonia, Nitrates, Nitrites and pH. One of them could be off and irritating him. Are there any new additions that could be picking on him?

and - can you take a video of him doing this and post it for us?? Maybe we can ID the behavior, or notice something in your tank that you are missing? Crappy cell phone video will do!
