NO IT IS NOT Although the issue I had for some unkown reason vanished the other day, I'm still at it with Dell. I sill have none of my progams in this thing. They are the most cleuless company I have see lately. Dell was suppose to send me a new one. As of so far, my living room is stacked with new Dells all the wrong gone and they have not asked for any of them back. What to buy one really cheap :lol: Since they went to India with almost of their CS they are lost in the fog. I suspect, base on disconnected phone conversations and promises, there are at least 2 more Dells' on the way to my hosue.

Sorry to hear about your computer problems!! I know it is extremely frustrating but your first link worked and I actually understood the article
