OK, I have a pair of true perc's. Over the past week or so she has grown to just about double to possibly even triple the size of my male. She host to several different things within the tank as does he. So here is my situation:
29g tank
amircle fuge
seaclone (Modified) Skimmer
ph=8.2
ca= 480
am=0
ni=0
na=0
I noticed this evening under my moonlights that she is losing color, her upper body looks almost transparent, but not quite, My male is very colorfull.
Might I add, she is the bully at dinner time, and they never eat the same meal the during that week. I switch it up from mysis, to live pured shrimp, oyster,etc etc.
Could she be ready to lay eggs? I feed with garlic, or is this a disease?
In pic 1 you can see the 2 together and see the difference in color, Pic 2 is a solo shot taken of just her
TIA
