It is not how much black they have on the body. Completely black betweens are Onyx.
Normal True perculas from PNG are more yellowish orange/orange. The ones from SI are more orange/reddish.
I am guessing you will want the PNG variant.

Interesting to know that. Are you going to be covering this type of stuff during your presentation on Saturday? I only know that clownfish are stupid and cute, not much else
