What were you trying to do when you got this error?

It is a built in error to all pages. IE wants to fix it on my side, but have script debugging disabled on my browser due to issues with a different site. With it disabled, warns me on any site with code errors. I am not a tech writer so can not suggest what is wrong with that line.

I'm getting a similar or the same error warning on every webpage I go to here this morning.
The whole thing says:
