Wow!

The color on the linkia is great. BUT... can you tell us a story about the rest of the picture. Specifically is that a plate in the lower left corner that is budding?

I have one that is budding also that I bought as a damaged coral. I bought it because I could see specks of color that I didn't think was algae. Only this last week I confirmed my suspicion that they were truely buds by blowing on them with a baster and watching them retract their tenticles and re open. Congrats on the little population. My little buds are still the size of a pencil led point but very bright green.
 
Yep, good eyes. This picture is about a year old, I just stumbled upon it in my computer and I knew I hadn't posted it in here. Here is the rest of the story. I let them go naturally, instead of removing them, and I now have quite a population of little plates running around my tank. These are also up for trade. I say running around my tank, because as you will see in the following photos, they are scattering nicely on their own.

As you can see, the baby is almost as big as momma was. They are fast little growers. As some of the bigger ones sloughed off, dwarfed buds underneath have begun to grow.
